Expeditions pre-journey diet

Expedition is right now on a high fat diet. Every member tries to get at least 10 extra kilograms of fat. During the journey it isn't possible to eat as much as one needs for two reasons: 1) Body can't take enough calories, and 2) no-one can pull that much food in a sledge. A good way to gain weight is to eat as much oil, nuts, chips and bacon as possible.
